Repairs

Comfortex products are covered under warranty for 3 years from the date of purchase to be repaired free of charge. The warranty includes defects in materials and workmanship. No shades will be accepted for repair unless they have been properly maintained and are free from dirt, dust or animal hair. We repair Comfortex products purchased at the Factory Outlet Store.
